How to evaluate a Dr. Ordinaire bottle

Identify the exact bottle
Capture front and back label wording, volume, alcohol strength, country information, lot or date marks when present, and the market where the bottle was sold.
Use one repeatable service
Measure the pour, add cold water slowly, note the louche, and record the ratio. Taste before adding sugar so the bottle can be compared on the same basis as others.
Write a balanced verdict
